As King Under the Mountain, Ruler of Castellum, and being a Son of Varros, I officially declare WAR on the Elvish race. The Dwarven Council has voted, war it shall be.
There are rules to war though, what shall they be?

The 'king' sounds like he needs an advisor
His advisor must have been away XD. I think we should still have the war, as it will be good for the lore. We just need a set of rules before we do it.
Well since I'll be gone for the next few days we mineswell post pone till Allpone gets on to help set rules
